Yvonne has been with Fraser’s Group since early 2014 & with BWG Steakhouse since the rebranding that occurred later that same year.

Having grown up in her native Austria, close to the Italian border, she undertook studies in Hospitality Management in her home town Villach. After receiving her degree, she moved to England where she worked in various top end hotels & restaurants to complement her studies and gain further experience.

In 2013, she moved to Perth & after a stint in one of the city’s high-end eateries the opportunity arose to join Frasers Group. Initially as the Assistant Manager at Fraser’s Restaurant in Kings Park, she worked her way through the ranks & was soon offered the opportunity to lead the team of BWG Steakhouse where she is currently based.

Yvonne puts emphasis on great customer service & has made it her mission to make sure anyone walking through the door has a quality time at BWG. Yvonne & the staff are always looking forward to welcoming you and your guests to the restaurant. For the first, 2nd or 100th time.
