Venue Hire

Venue Hire Information

Goolugatup Heathcote offers venues for hire within a range of historic buildings nestled among manicured gardens with picturesque surrounds and Derbal Yerrigan / Swan River views.

With spectacular scenery, landscaped grounds, a unique children’s playground and barbeque facilities, our venues make ideal spaces for a range of events, including small group meetings, seminars, workshops and small functions.

Our venues are available through SpacetoCo  – an online booking platform that allows you to share and book space by the hour.

Wedding Ceremonies

Overlooking the spectacular Swan River in Applecross, Goolugatup Heathcote is a unique site offering uninterrupted views of the city and is set among beautifully restored heritage buildings and landscaped gardens, making it perfect for your special day.

Wedding Ceremonies are the only booking that we accept in the gardens of Heathcote Reserve. A maximum of up to 100 guests is permitted, but we recommend 60-80 guests. This is a busy location, which can sometimes make parking difficult.  There is very limited shelter at Goolugatup Heathcote Reserve, so consider hiring a building as backup for your ceremony, in the case of bad weather.

Rate $116/ph. Click to upload terms, conditions, and public liability form.
