Administration Building

Studio 5 - $190.40 per month. Studio overlooking the river with high ceilings, aircon, carpet floor and good floorspace.
Kitchen Building -
Studio 5 - $236.70 per month. Good-sized studio with hard-wearing vinyl flooring and large windows onto balcony giving great natural light.

Studio hire includes:

​Lease of lockable studio room in an alarmed and secure building.

Shared wet area.

Shared kitchenette facility (microwave, kettle, sink, fridge)

Ability to hire workshop facilities per hour on site at a reduced community rate

Being a part of a vibrant and growing artistic community at HCP.

Professional support through the City and HCP Gallery.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Applicants must be professional practising artists.
-
Visual artists are the first priority for the program, however other artforms may be considered dependent on demand.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or have Australian permanent resident status.

Applicants must be living in Western Australia at the time of applying.

Residents of the City of Melville are encouraged to apply.

Previous recipients of a Heathcote studio space will not take priority in the application process.
Selection Criteria

​Applicants must be able to address the following criteria:
-
The demonstration of artistic merit.
-
A high degree of developed artistic ability in their practice.
-
A commitment to a high standard of professional arts practice with an established exhibitions history comprising of solo and/or group exhibitions, relevant art commissions and awards.

Professional arts training at tertiary level (minimum 3 years) or equivalent professional experience​.

Applications must be submitted using the online form below, and include:

CV\Artists bio two page maximum.

Five to ten images (JPG) of your work that give an overview of your practice submitted with an image list with title, medium and size.

Answers to the below application questions, 500 words maximum per question.
