Apply for an artist studio

Goolugatup Heathcote’s artist studios provide a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant and close-knit creative community of over 40 tenants. Just 15 minutes’ drive from Perth CBD, it is fast becoming an innovative sanctuary for arts practitioners seeking a peaceful, yet vibrant working environment.

Our studios range in size from 7m2 to 30m2. All of our studios provide WiFi and power, use of shared kitchenette, and secure access. Some studios also have river views, aircon, and jarrah boards. How to Apply

Studio applications are by online form. Applicants provide an artist CV, images of past work, and answer a few short questions. If there are more eligible applicants than there are available studios, the process becomes competitive and is decided by a panel based on selection criteria.

We strongly recommend making a time with the staff to view the spaces before submitting an application. To arrange a viewing, contact us on 9364 5666 or heathcote@melville.wa.gov.au
